The nominees should embody the spirit of empowerment, leadership, and service while inspiring others to follow in their footsteps.

Actively engages in inspiring or equipping the next generation of women to succeed through mentorship, advocacy, or education. - Regional Impact
Contributes significantly to their industry, community, or region through measurable actions and results.
Demonstrates innovation and collaboration that positively impacts Oregon and/or Washington. - Values and Integrity
Embodies the core values of inclusion, collaboration, and integrity in their work.
